Barbara is a certified HR Consultant and brings over 20 years of experience in management and consulting. Her background includes employment with Telus, Atlas Logistics, and she has completed contracts for BC business, BC municipal government and for nonprofit organizations. She is a member of CPHR BC, and a Certified Consultant with the Consulting Resources Group Inc.
Barbara Kyle has been a Certified Resume Writer since 1997, and a Human Resources professional for over 20 years in the business, government, non-profit and post-secondary sectors. Her extensive HR experience includes:

- provided outplacement services for downsized managers and employees
- a career strategist providing consulting for professionals in a career change
