In 1981 Joe Jaworsky founded the American Leadership Foundation that was based on his premise and those of other leadership experts, including Warren Bennis, Harlan Cleveland, John Gardner, and Peter Senge held to be true: “The trouble with Americans is their lack of self-knowledge.”

As a certified associate with The CRG Consulting Resources Group International, I support leaders with assessing and developing their competency levels. My training and coaching includes using the Leadership Skills Inventory assessment resources as a coaching tool to focus on skills such as self-development, communicating, coaching, problem-management, small-group facilitation and optimizing organization development.
